About Me

Cherie has been a State Certified Residential Appraiser operating her own appraisal firm since 2006 and a Licensed Real Estate Agent since 2009. She is a probate, estate appraiser and also is a home appraiser for divorce, lenders and other private uses . She is fully licensed to appraise and sell residential real estate in both Washington and Florida.

Cherie provides real estate services to all clients, however, her areas of expertise are in Estate, Probate, Divorce, Bankruptcy & Foreclosure in the following locations;  Thurston County (cities of Yelm, Tenino, Rainier, Lacey, Olympia, Tumwater) & Pierce County (cities of Roy, Spanaway, McKenna, Spanaway, Parkland, Tacoma).

The requirement of holding multiple licenses is the necessity to take 20-30 hours of continuing education every year, as a result, this becomes a benefit to the consumer.  I have taken courses in Ethics, Fair Housing, Real Estate Law, Construction, Countless Courses in Valuation Methodology and FHA compliance.
